What makes a ranking different

The catalogue answers "who is here". A ranking answers one question: who pays out fastest, who arrived most recently, who scores highest overall. That is why a listing can top one list and sit in the middle of another.

How often they move

The automatic lists recalculate from current data every time the page is opened, so a month in the title means the month you are reading it. Manually ordered lists show the month they were last edited - if nobody touched a list, it says so instead of pretending to be fresh.

For a side-by-side view of two or three operators, use the comparison tables.
