Factor Why it matters
Licence and regulation Determines whether you have anyone to complain to.
Payout speed and limits The most common real complaint, and the easiest to verify.
Bonus terms We read the wagering requirement, not the headline number.
Game selection Range and quality of providers.
Support Availability, languages, and whether a real answer comes back.
Track record Complaint history and how it was handled.

What does not affect the rating

Commission does not affect position. An operator paying more does not rank higher, and no operator can buy a review or a score.

When ratings change

Reviews are re-checked periodically and after anything material: a licence change, an ownership change, or a pattern of payout complaints.
